RETURN
We accept returns on unused products with original tags still attached. Custom-made items (such as garments adjusted for length or fit) cannot be returned.
- Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at kontakt@ellevu.se.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund or issue store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, for example), please email us at kontakt@ellevu.se. Customers cover the return shipping costs, while Elle Vu covers the cost of shipping the new item.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at kontakt@ellevu.se. You will need to provide photos of the damage before returning the item. Elle Vu will cover the return shipping cost for damaged products.
LOST PACKAGES
In the event that your package is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will reach out to the shipping company to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will either refund your order or send a replacement, depending on product availability.
CUSTOM ITEM
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, the Numbered Unisex T-Shirt is not considered a custom item and is eligible for return under our standard policy.
